About Us
It started back in the days when Devon was in his prime gazing the covers of magazines left and right. We were both oogling at his photos and dreaming about meeting him.
After building up a collection, Jess made a fansite on the actor and met with Dora who was also a huge fan of Devon. They both worked on the site while watching Devon grow, and holding on to his big comeback, whenever or however long they would wait.
No matter what — if Devon comes back fully or not, we will always love Devon and remember our days as teeny boppers. In the future, we hope to keep building this site up because we know we love it, and we hope you do too!

- Website started approximately February (20th) of 2002.
- Fansite was originally started with a girl named Catherine.
- Starshine has won awards, placed in Yahoo! as a cool site, plus we got an interview with the producer of Extreme Dating.
- We are not Devon’s official site. Wish we were though!
- We do not have Devon’s personal phone number or address. We are not your way to Devon. We’re just fans like you.
